I’m Jenna Sass—Yoga and Pilates instructor (RYT-200), champion of mental and physical wellness, creative soul, and lucky mom and wife to three incredible humans. My mission? To help women recognize the strength, resilience, and sass they already have within them—to break free from self-doubt and step fully into the life they deserve.
I know what it feels like to feel stuck, to wonder if you’ve lost yourself somewhere along the way. And I also know this: You have the power to rewrite your story.
How InnerSass Was Born
Throughout my life, I’ve worked in entertainment, music, sales, insurance, the restaurant industry, and fitness. I’ve experienced incredible highs and crushing lows—thrills, heartbreak, anxiety, self-doubt, toxic relationships, resilience, and, in the end, the profound journey of self-discovery.
For years, I poured myself into making others happy—performing, serving, listening. My years as an actor and bartender made me a great storyteller and an even better listener, but somewhere along the way, I lost me. The bold, bubbly, headstrong girl I once was became a quiet wallflower afraid to speak up or chase what truly set her soul on fire.
Motherhood changed everything.
Suddenly, I wasn’t just living for myself—I was shaping the world for my daughters. But in doing so, I realized I had completely neglected my own well-being. I was drowning in a physically and emotionally demanding job, struggling to balance my entertainment career, motherhood, and supporting my husband while he pursued his dreams. I was exhausted, stretched thin, and battling what I later recognized as postpartum depression.
And then I had an A-ha moment.
I was talking with a mentor about my passion for helping women rediscover themselves when she looked at me and said:
“That’s your brand. InnerSass. If you don’t claim it right now, I will!”
And just like that, InnerSass was born.
Not overnight. Not without struggle. But with the realization that I was never alone in my journey—and neither are you.
What InnerSass Means for You
InnerSass is more than a blog. It’s a movement.
It’s a reminder that your strength, confidence, and joy aren’t gone—they’re just waiting for you to rediscover them. My journey is ongoing, just like yours, and through InnerSass, I want to create a space where we can learn, grow, and lift each other up. Whether it’s through movement, mindfulness, or simply sharing our stories, this is a place where we reclaim our power together.

A Few Fun Facts About Me
- ☕ I’m a two cups of coffee in the morning kinda gal. Black, with a touch of liquid stevia.
- 🥑 I’m allergic to avocados. I know, I know—they’re a superfood, but not for me!
- 🎥 The Mitchells vs. The Machines makes me laugh and cry every time. (It’s on Netflix—highly recommend!)
- 🐱 Our two cats, Jake and Elwood, are the cuddliest, fluffiest boys.
- 🎵 Dark Side of the Moon by Pink Floyd is, in my opinion, the greatest album of all time.
- 🥨 Pretzels are my weakness. Chex Mix comes in a close second.
- 🎨 I’m a big fan of Bob Ross and Ansel Adams‘ landscapes.
- 🎶 I’m an accomplished pianist and singer.
- 💃 Dancing in the rain makes me happy, and I think everyone should try it at least once!
